1) Acceptance of service The owner (the "site owner" or "owner") of Look4any.com website (the "Site") provides its service to the user ("you or user") or advertiser (also referred to as "you" wherever applicable), subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using this Site. By accessing and using this Site, you declare that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. The site owner reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, from time to time, with or without any notice. By continuing to use the Site after the site owner posts such amended Terms and Conditions, you accept them, as amended. This Site is hosted using the facilities within the United States. You may not use look4any.com or export the Content in violations of U.S. export laws and regulations. If you access look4any.com from any location outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You are responsible for obtaining Service access and all equipment necessary for Service access.
2) Description of service The site owner currently provides users with access to a categorized advertisements, listings, video clips (with or without audio segment), audio clips, photos, images and documents posted by others (Registered and unregistered Users) to promote their goods and services. You understand and agree that any information, video clip(s), audio clip(s), photo(s), image(s) and document(s) relating to these advertisements and listings are provided by advertisers (Registered and unregistered Users) who have accepted terms and conditions of look4any.com.
3) Service Interruptions The site owner reserves the right at any time to interrupt the Services (the use of the Site by Registered and unregistered Users) for planned maintenance or unplanned and unannounced maintenance of the Site. The owner also reserves the right at any time to terminate the services (the use of the Site by Registered and unregistered Users) temporarily with or without any notice. If the services of the Site are to be discontinued permanently, the site owner will announce such intentions well in advance and will, however, honor the contracts agreed with the registered members.
4) Registration and Registered User Account Registration is free and users are required to submit the application form provided by the site owner. Please read the Privacy Policy regarding your personal information. The registration process is fully automated. The registered users' account is valid as long as you wish to maintain it subject to the terms and conditions of this site. Registered users may cancel their registered user account with or without any notice to the other users. Registration is available only to entities and persons over the age of legal majority who can form legally binding agreement(s) under applicable law. If you do not qualify, please DO NOT submit application form for registration. Users are requred to open separate account(s) for services of "Video Uploading and its related services", "B2B Classifieds" and for text/banner "Advertising". These accounts will have their unique usernames and passwords, and will be independent from one another. However, the same email address or username can not be used more than once under the same service. The site owner reserves the right to reject any application for registration. You agree that the site owner may, under certain circumstances and with or without prior notice, immediately terminate your Registered User Account and/or refuse access to the Service.
5) Termination of Registered User Account Cause for termination of Registered User Account or refuse to access the service, shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the Terms and Conditions of this Site, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by the member, d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service, (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (f) extended periods of inactivity, and/or (g) you have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.
6) Uploading of Video clips in "Video" Showcase Service The site owner provides service of displaying "video clips of goods and services" for free and for a FEE for Registered users. Registered users in "Video" Showcase Service are allowed to upload video clips (which may or may not include audio segment) and textual content (description of the video clip and comments) subject to the Terms and Conditions.The site owner reserves the right to allocate space (by limiting the number, size, length, weight and duration of video clips, audio clips, images, documents or any other electronic data) for different membership packages. And the site owner reserves the right to increase or decrease the allocated space, with or with out prior notice. You shall be solely responsible for your own submissions and the consequences of uploading, posting or publishing them. The site owner also reserves the right to display any advertising material, from site owner and/or 3rd party advertisers, during the playback and at the end of playback of uploaded video clips, occupying the same videoplayer in which the video clip is being displayed. Owners of uploaded video clips will neither have control over such 3rd party advertisements nor have any right to claim for revenue generated from such 3rd party advertisements. The owners of uploaded video clips agree that the links to their uploaded video clips may be downloaded by any user of this site and that they (downloaded links) may be embedded in any other web page for private or public viewing with or without embedded advertising material originated from this site. You agree that the site owner will have no control over the parameters of such downloaded links before or after embedding them in other web pages. "Video clips" uploaded by a Registered User in " Video " directory is valid for a maximum period of 5 years and the registered users have the option to purchase "extra features" during this period. All users of this service must agree to the Privacy Policy and terms and conditions of this site.
7) Sharing of Uploaded Video clips in "Video" Showcase Service The site owner, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this site, allows any user (registered or unregistered) to download link(s) to the uploaded video clips and embed such links in any web page for private or public viewing. You agree that you will not alter the parameters of such links and that the availability of such video clips are subject to the terms and conditions of this site. All users of this service must agree to the Privacy Policy and terms and conditions of this site.
8) Submitting and Posting Classified Advertisements in "B2B" Classifieds Service The site owner provides classified advertising for for free and for a FEE for Registered users. Registered users in "B2B" Classified Service users are allowed to post their classified advertisements subject to the Terms and Conditions. The site owner reserves the right to allocate space (by limiting the number, size and weight of photographs, images, documents or any other electronic data) for different advertising packages. And reserves the right to increase or decrease the allocated space, with or with out prior notice. A basic listing of any classified advertisement, posted by a Registered User in "B2B" Classifieds directory is valid for a maximum period of 365 days and the registered users have the option to purchase "extra features" during this period. All users of this service must agree to the Privacy Policy and terms and conditions of this site.
9) Text and Banner Advertising in "Advertising" Solutions Service The site owner provides "Text" and "Banner" Advertising, including invideo advertising on uploaded video clips for a FEE. Registered users are allowed to upload text and banner advertisements subject to the availability of advertising opportunities within the LOOK4any advertising network. Pay per Click, Pay per thousand Impressions and payment by Subscription for a fixed period are available in this category of service. The Advertisers shall select the most suitable advertising package to meet their requirements. All Advertisers must agree to the Privacy Policy and terms and conditions of this site.
10) Deletion of Advertisements including text, images, video clips, audio clips and images All expired advertisements and video clips will be deleted automatically. The owners of expired advertisements and video clips are required to submit new entries if they wish to continue their participation. You agree that the site owner may, under certain circumstances and with or without prior notice, immediately delete your advertisement(s)/video clip(s). Cause for deleting the advertisement(s)/video clip(s), shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the Terms and Conditions of this Site,
11) Payments and Refunds All payments, for services offered for a FEE , should be made through our reseller(s) subject to their terms and conditions. If any advertising material(s) is rejected during our approval process, the full payment will be refunded as soon as possible. Refunds will not be available after accepting your Advertisement for publishing. You agree and understand that advertiser(s) should maintain and edit their advertisements(s), including related description(s), or advertising content(s) in compliance with the terms and conditions of this site. You agree that after publishing such advertising content(s), refunds will not be available in the event of deletion of same due to violation of the terms and conditions of this site.
12) Posting and Uploading Rules for Registered users and advertisers The following products and services are not allowed for advertising or displaying.
The site owner reserves the right to delete, temporarily or permanently, any advertising or uploaded content that do not comply with the Terms and Conditions of this Site.
13) Goods and Services provided by Users and Advertisers Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, content sponsors and/or advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You understand and agree that the site owner shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such sponsors and/or advertisers on the Service.
14) Indemnity You understand and agree to indemnify and hold the site owner, affiliates of the site owner, administrators of the site owner, management staff of the site owner, publishers of the site owner, and partners of the site owner, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees (lawyers' fees) and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.
15) Disclaimer You Understand and agree that the use of look4any.com is at your own risk. All content available through look4any.com is provided on an "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Neither the site owner, nor any partners or related companies, or any of the employees, agents, content providers or advertisers, makes any representation or warranty of any kind regarding look4any.com, the content, any advertising material, or the results that may be obtained from use of such services or sites. The site owner makes no warranty that look4any.com will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free or that look4any.com or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components or destructive files.
16) Limitation of liability In no event shall the site owner, employees, or agents, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever arising under or as a result of these Terms and Conditions, the use or inability to use this Site or the contents of this Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the site owner is advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
